Effective and last updated: November 7, 2026

This Policy explains how information is handled when you use Cardz: The Duel. We collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Game.

1. Information

We may process account identifiers and display name; progress, decks, inventory, match results, and settings; device, app version, IP address, crash and diagnostic data; support messages; and platform purchase confirmation. We do not store full payment-card details when a platform processes payment.

2. Uses

We use information to operate accounts, multiplayer and rankings; save progress; deliver purchases and rewards; provide support; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; maintain security; comply with law; and improve the Game.

3. Legal grounds

Depending on location, processing is based on our agreement, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required.

4. Sharing

We may share limited information with providers acting for us, authorities when legally required, or during a safeguarded business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money. Public profile and ranking information may be visible to players.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for these purposes, disputes, security, backups, and legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards.

6. International processing

Services may process information outside your country using lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

7. Your rights

Depending on law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Submit verified requests through in-game User Support.

8. Children

We do not intend to collect children’s personal information without consent required by local law. Guardians may contact User Support.

9. Website cookies and analytics

Our website, madsteedstudio.com, keeps one strictly necessary item in your browser that remembers your cookie choice for up to 12 months. If you agree, by clicking “Accept All” or by turning on Analytics under “Cookie Settings”, we also use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to count visits and understand how the website is used. This includes the pages you view, your approximate location (country or city, derived from your IP address), your device and browser type, the website that referred you, and which buttons you tap, such as the store download buttons. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to 2 years. We use these statistics only to improve the website and to understand which channels bring visitors. We do not use website cookies for advertising, and Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. Analytics stays off until you agree. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie Settings” in the website footer. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics unless you choose otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will show a new effective date. Submit privacy questions through the in-game User Support feature.
