Cardz: The Duel — Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: July 17, 2026

This Policy explains how information is handled when you use Cardz: The Duel. We collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Game.

1. Information we process

We may process account identifiers and display name; game progress, decks, inventory, match results, and settings; device, app version, IP address, connection, crash, and diagnostic data; support messages; and purchase confirmation supplied by a platform. We do not need or store your full payment-card details when a platform processes payment.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and restore accounts, save progress, run multiplayer and rankings, deliver purchases and rewards, provide support, prevent cheating and abuse, diagnose failures, maintain security, comply with law, and improve gameplay and reliability.

3. Legal grounds

Depending on your location, processing is based on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Sharing

We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, platform, analytics, security, and support providers acting for us; with authorities when legally required; or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. Public profile and ranking information may be visible to other players.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, dispute resolution, security, backups, and legal obligations. Periods vary by record type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no networked system can guarantee absolute security.

6. International processing

Game services and providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to a data-protection authority. Some data is required to keep an online account operational. Submit requests through the in-game User Support feature; we may verify the request before acting.

8. Children

The Game is not intended to collect personal information from children without the consent required by local law. A parent or guardian may contact User Support to request review or deletion of a child’s information.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and presented in the Game when renewed review is appropriate. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the in-game User Support feature.
